Smart Manufacturing Manager (SMM) excels in applied technology, automation, and connectivity. SMM lead factory innovation through smart use cases, manage change effectively, and integrate a robust value chain. With a solid understanding of IT systems, advanced manufacturing technologies, and process optimization, SMM strategically integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and OEE.
● Provide leadership to team members under their control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
● Work closely with the IT Division to ensure integration with SAP, MES, PLM, and adherence to cybersecurity protocols for secure connectivity.
● Drive people development and complying with Vingroup culture in Smart Manufacturing team.
● Oversee budgets and costs associated with smart manufacturing implementation projects.
● Identify and implement advanced technologies to enable self-optimization of connected assets on production lines.
● Implement and manage advanced manufacturing technologies, including robotics, IoT, AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline manufacturing processes.
● Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing.
● Train and supervise manufacturing team members on new technologies and processes.
● Oversee the installation, operations, and maintenance of all levels of the smart factory solutions stack to ensure continuous connectivity.
● Manage smart manufacturing projects and programs, leveraging internal resources, outsourcing, or vendors to ensure successful implementation.
● Define and manage support procedure, service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in IT, Manufacturing or a related field
● PMP certification is preferred.
● Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
● Minimum 10 years' experience in IT field, Automation field
● Proven experience in smart manufacturing or a similar role.
● Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, data analytics, and IT systems (such as SAP, MES, PLM).
● Proven project management experience.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
● Strong focus on meeting internal customer needs and enhancing internal customer satisfaction.
● Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
