Good engineering skills related to the SMT technology
Understand the SMT module for each process/machine
Setup machine parameters to create the recipe, programming screen printer, SPI, mounter, reflow, AOI, flux cleaning
Experience in mounter for creating recipes with ASM machine
Good in AOI for creating recipes with Parmi/Pemtron machine
Setup new machine and DOE process condition
Make report for machine/line buy-off evaluation items
Quality and yield improvement, troubleshooting
Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
More than 5 years of experience (Open for
Fresher with good English)
Familiar with the relative basic production procedure failure
Experience with the stabilizing process of assembly, etc.
Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) are mandatory
Good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
