Plant Coordination & Meetings: Prepare and host regular meetings with plants.
Savings Tracking & Reporting: Extract and consolidate data from the system
create summaries and charts to track measures, compare results, and monitor savings progress.
Transport Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, with a focus on air freight, identifying opportunities for mode shifts (e.g., air to sea), localization, and cost optimization
review special freight and WILCO reports.
Crisis Management: Provide support during unforeseen events
Tender & Steering Committees: Prepare tenders, verify volumes, collect plant-specific requirements, distribute materials, prepare one-pagers, and actively participate in Steering Committees.
Sustainability & Green Logistics: Support initiatives that drive environmentally responsible and sustainable logistics practices.
Stackability & Utilization Projects: Track global stackability and utilization initiatives, working in tandem mode to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Implementation Support (Sea Freight EU-AP): Support plants in implementing new logistics service providers after tenders, including shipment tracking and coordination with external partners (suppliers, LSPs, customs, etc.).
Supporting Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Vietnam time

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively operate in a business environment
German language proficiency is an advantage
Experience in cost analysis, reporting, and savings tracking
1-2 years of experience in supply chain management, transportation, or logistics coordination, preferably in an international environment
Familiarity with sustainability and green logistics initiatives
Strong collaboration skills with plants, suppliers, LSPs, and customs authorities
Analytical mindset to track utilization, stackability, and transport KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems, Power BI dashboards, and MS Teams
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA) with exposure to Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills for participation in global meetings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle daily operational updates efficiently
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively operate in a business environment
