Social Account Executive

Networld Asia Group - Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented SOCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE. This position is not just a supporting role but an active driver in campaign execution. You will participate directly in the end-to-end process-from receiving client briefs and building proposals, to coordinating production and ensuring final delivery. While the role is primarily focused on account management, it also requires hands-on involvement in social content and production.
- Working locaion: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Account Management
Actively participate in the full project lifecycle: briefing, proposal, budgeting, execution, and final delivery.
Engage with clients directly to clarify requirements, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
Develop proposals, quotations, and ensure contracts and deliverables are on track.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, design, production, trading) to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project.
Work directly with KOLs/Influencers and partners to implement campaigns.
2. Content & Production
Create and adapt social content: captions, scripts, short-form storytelling.
Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
Collaborate with the design team on creative concepts and assets.
Join livestreams, video production, and other activation events as part of the production process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive in an agency/production environment (preferred).
Strong project ownership skills: planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Familiar with digital & social platforms, with a strong sense of content trends.
Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
Hands-on experience with KOLs, livestreams, or production projects is a plus.
