We are currently looking for an experienced Social Account Manager to join our team, managing content and community engagement for a leading global ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for ecommerce, digital storytelling, and community building. This role involves working closely with internal teams and directly supporting a large-scale regional marketing initiative.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute localized social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Zalo, tailored to an ecommerce-savvy audience.
· Create and maintain content calendars that reflect the brand's goals and resonate with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and exporters.
· Build and manage an online community of ecommerce sellers, engaging followers and nurturing meaningful interactions.
· Manage team members of 3-4 people and coordinate with client stakeholders to align campaign messaging with broader marketing goals.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare insights and optimize based on data.
· Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
· Stay up to date on local and global ecommerce trends, platform algorithms, and digital best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience managing social media, preferably in an agency or ecommerce-related environment.
· Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially ecommerce and entrepreneurial communities.
· Proven track record in building online communities and running successful campaigns.
· Hands-on experience with advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to Have
· Experience working with cross-border or marketplace ecommerce.
· Familiarity with seller tools or business education initiatives in the ecommerce space.
· Experience activating UGC or social influencer content for brand campaigns.
