JOB DESCRIPTION - COMMUNITY MANAGER
1. Strategic Planning & Community Development
● Collaborate with Planning team to co-develop integrated proposals aligned with brand objectives and communication direction.
● Build KOL/KOC & Community strategy that supports overall campaign concept and ensures effective Social Outreach. Lead the development of Social Outreach approach as a key value driver in proposals, ensuring KOL/KOC and community strategies are designed to spark engagement, amplify narratives, and create measurable buzz rather than purely deliverables.
● Identify, evaluate and propose suitable influencers, communities, and platforms based on brand fit, audience relevance and budget efficiency.
● Proactively connect with partners (KOLs, communities, suppliers) for quotation, negotiation and relationship building.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Management
● Lead and manage execution with KOL/KOC, community pages/groups to ensure clear briefing and consistent content quality.
● Oversee campaign rollout to ensure delivery of committed KPIs within timeline and budget.
● Monitor content performance, optimize in real-time, and ensure alignment with brand tone & communication objectives.
● Manage brand's social channels: content scheduling, community engagement (comment/inbox), and activation activities (minigames, contests, etc.).
● Handle contracts, documentation, and coordination with influencers, communities, and suppliers.
● Prepare performance reports, derive insights, and recommend next steps for brand growth post-campaign.
● Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
3. Team Coaching & Quality Control
● Guide and coach team members in execution, mindset, and community management best practices.
● Review and ensure quality control across team outputs (plans, reports, content, operations).
● Build processes, templates, and protocols to improve team efficiency and consistency.
● Act as the escalation point: proactively handle issues, provide solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
● Foster a proactive, ownership-driven working style within the team.
REQUIREMENT
● Minimum 5 years of experience in
digital marketing, advertising, or client services. Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related position.
● Experience working with KOLs/ influencers/ communities/ booking suppliers.
● Deeply understanding of the Tiktok platform. Have experience operating Livestream or working with KOL, and KOC on TikTok.
● Knowing and following many influencers in many fields on social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok,... is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and adapt to change quickly. Careful, enthusiastic, responsible, hard-working, quick action.
