Our client is looking for a professional and experienced person for Social Compliance Specialist. The role is open for candidates at all cities and provinces in Vietnam.
Job Summary:
Reporting to Supervisor, Social Compliance Specialist is responsible for performing on-going facilities assessment and the code of conduct of client and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders. Besides, this role requires critically assess the environmental, health and safety, and labor conditions for staff in manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assists with ongoing risk assessment and the prepare yearly audit reports.
· Plan and carry out assessment following social compliance assessment process of the company.
· Prepare quality report as customer scheduled and timelines.
· Communicate with internal members to ensure that all training, administrative activities are implemented smoothly to maintain latest understanding of social compliance and labor law procedures.
· Interact with related team members to deliver assigned tasks.
· Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, plan and carry out an internal audit review of assigned business processes at sites/offices.
· Identify risks and collaborate with on-site stakeholders to optimize processes based on thorough investigation.
· Other duties and obligations may reasonably be requested from time to time.
