CONTENT CREATOR (TIKTOK & SOCIAL MEDIA) - 1 position

Salary: 14,000,000 - 17,000,000VND gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications
This is a full-time, on-site position in Ho Chi Minh City. Relocation and work visa sponsorship are not provided.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Creator (TikTok & Social Media) who can independently take social media content from idea to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about TikTok and short-form content, and is confident in developing concepts, writing scripts, shooting, and editing videos. You should also have a good understanding of how to build and grow social media channels while being able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, comfortable multitasking, has a strong content mindset, communicates well in English, and is open to experimenting with new ideas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Creation
Support the management, development, and growth of the company's social media channels, particularly TikTok, Facebook, Instagram/Reels, and Telegram.
Proactively research trends, content formats, competitors, and audience behavior to recommend relevant content for each platform.
Independently develop content ideas and concepts, and write scripts for TikTok, Reels, and other short-form content.
Take a hands-on role in shooting, photography, and short-form video editing, bringing content from initial concept through to final output.
Develop and maintain content pillars, content series, and formats aligned with the direction of each social media channel.
Apply effective hooks, storytelling techniques, and short-form content formats to increase views, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor content performance, identify high-performing formats, and proactively test, optimize, and improve content performance.
Support content scheduling and help maintain consistent activity across social media channels.
Be comfortable appearing on camera and supporting hosts/talent when required.
Livestream & Events
Assist with the preparation, setup, and operation of livestream sessions.
Coordinate the preparation and execution of company events, workshops, and online/offline activities.
Support photo/video shooting and social media content production during events.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other relevant teams to execute campaigns.
Repurpose content from livestreams and events into TikTok videos, Reels, highlight videos, and other social media content.
Adapt quickly and handle ad-hoc tasks that arise during project and event execution.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and work with partners in English.
Strong capabilities in Social Media & Content Creation, particularly across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram/Reels, Telegram, and other popular social media platforms.
Good understanding of TikTok and short-form content, with the ability to identify trends, develop suitable formats, and create platform-relevant content.
Ability to independently develop ideas, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing tools.
A good understanding of social media channel development, including content direction, content pillars, trends, formats, and content performance.
Understanding of how to create effective hooks and storytelling to attract viewers, increase engagement, and grow followers.
Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, brainstorming, idea development, and content production.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with different teams simultaneously.
Proactive, agile, adaptable, and capable of handling unexpected situations effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable appearing on camera.
Willing to experiment, learn new tools, and adapt quickly to change.
Willing to participate in offline activities and events when required.
NICE TO HAVE
Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience building, managing, or growing TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram channels from scratch for a brand or project.
A portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or short-form content that you have directly created or contributed to.
Experience organizing or supporting events and workshops.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our recruitment process consists of three rounds:
Round 1 - CV & Portfolio Screening
We will review your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role based on your CV and portfolio (if available), with particular focus on Social Media, TikTok, and short-form content.
Round 2 - On-site Professional Interview
An in-person interview to explore your experience and marketing capabilities in greater depth, including content thinking, Social Media/TikTok knowledge, content ideation, video shooting and editing, content performance analysis, multitasking, and how you approach real-world situations at work.
Round 3 - On-site Interview with the Director (100% in English)
The final interview will be conducted entirely in English with the Director. The discussion will focus on your communication skills, cultural fit, career direction, working style, and potential for long-term collaboration and growth with the company.
