Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a remote, contract role responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across social media channels to enhance FileSig's brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating posts, short-form videos, infographics, and storytelling threads that translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible content tailored to different audiences. The role involves managing content calendars, aligning campaigns with product launches and training programs, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Responsibilities also include monitoring platform analytics, responding to comments and messages, and testing new formats or trends to improve reach and interaction.

Creator is expected to stay current with cybersecurity topics and social media best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
Experience with social media strategy and planning, including content calendars, campaign planning, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in basic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software) to create engaging graphics and short-form videos.
Ability to research cybersecurity and AI-related topics and translate technical information into clear, accessible, and accurate content.
Familiarity with social media analytics, A/B testing, and optimization to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and a consistent brand voice.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Prior experience creating content for technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS companies is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
