Social Media Executive (Sports/Football)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Short Video Production (Shorts/TikTok/Reels): Directly edit football videos (<60 seconds) from variety sources: match fancams, player funny moments, transfer news, or hot events.
Scriptwriting: Develop concise yet engaging content ideas, arranging plot points to retain viewers.
Football Tracking: Continuously update news, results, and trends of top leagues (Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, etc.) and news about world football stars or Vietnamese football stars to create content.
Channel Management: Upload videos according to schedule, comments responding to build a community and retain followers.
Closely work with the Leader to produce new content as requested: Player comparisons, Top 10 moments, 24-hour news updates, or storytelling about players' personal lives.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and passion for football:
A die-hard football fan, knows the rules and understands the top football clubs, players, and coaches.
Having knowledge of football history and behind-the-scenes stories to create in-depth content instead of just the news.
Video editing skills:
Proficient in using editing video tools (Capcut on PC is required).
Having a creative mindset to choose appropriate background music, matching the sound with the visuals to evoke emotions in viewers.
Supplementary skills:
Experience in uploading and managing TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook channels; basic knowledge of using legitimate sources is an advantage.
Regularly updated with news from leading football platforms: newspapers, social media (especially X), and statistical platforms.

Energetic and able to work according to match schedules (often working late at night or on weekends during tournaments).
Sharply aware of TikTok/YouTube trends and put them into football content.
Be a "Social media native": Have a habit of being online frequently and sensitive with community changes.
Good time management skills to cope with Sport industry constant news intensity.
Good communication skills.
Basic English comprehension skills related to football, especially news and basic football terminology.
