Role Overview
As a Social Media Intern, you will sit at the crossroads of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will support the team in uncovering social media trends, brainstorming innovative ideas, and bringing those concepts to life across various digital platforms. This role is a perfect launchpad for anyone looking to understand how brands authentically connect with audiences in the fast-paced social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Planning & Strategy Support
Pitching & Planning: Assist in building comprehensive social media plans for client pitching projects, including conducting desk research, content framework development, and help polish and beautify presentation.
Trend & Insight Hunting: Actively monitor, research, and report on emerging trends, consumer insights, and behavioral shifts across key social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
Creative Brainstorming: Actively participate and contribute fresh, innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns.
2. Social Execution & Content Operations
Content Development: Write engaging captions, build content calendars, and assist in developing multimedia content for brand fanpages, communities, and influencer (KOL) campaigns.
Quality Control: Oversee and review social assets to ensure they align with the brand's voice, guidelines, and quality standards.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a connector by coordinating with external vendors and collaborating closely with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Account, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
A heavy social media user with a sharp eye for trends, viral content, and cultural shifts
Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI tools; experience in using AI for copywriting, research, or visual generation.
Good copywriting skills with a creative mindset and a strong sense of storytelling.
Basic aesthetic sense and proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Slides (knowing basic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut is a big plus).
Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) is preferred.

Note: This is unpaid internship for 3 months. If you performance well you will be promoted to Trainee position and get allowance for 4 mil/month for the next 3 months
