Manage and develop Anfin's social networking such ads: Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok,...
Objective 1: Social media content creation (70%)
Create content ideas on TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram expressed through short videos, clips, images, articles
Write creative content for advertising on Facebook, Google, Tiktok platforms
Develop video script for app review, coordinate with KOC, KOL
Ready to appear in videos, short clips, company's communication products
Learn and update industry trends - Social Trend, in order to creatively change content to match user behavior
Work well with team members to achieve the best work efficiency
Other duties depend on project requirements
Objective 2: Social media planning (30%)
Receive briefs from project leads, product owners, campaign leads to build content plans, content calendars for each campaign
Capture and research customer insights to build strategies, development plans for Anfin's social media channels including: content development, campaign implementation to increase user base, increase interaction,...
Coordinate with Investment team, Freelancer to produce high quality content for users
Develop strategies, manage content (make images, videos...) to develop the company's Social Media channels
Build overall Content Marketing campaigns on facebook, youtube, tiktok channels according to company events/ activities/ campaigns
Yêu cầu
Degree in Business or Marketing Major
Have 3+ years of experience in the related roles
Proficient use of all social networking tools, product photography or video recording
Proficient in using image & video design tools such as Canva, Capcut, Photoshop
Have the ability to be creative content ideas for Tiktok or Youtube videos, Fanpage
Have the ability to do planning and leading the projects
Capable of catching trends in on tiktok platform, having knowledge of the stock market is a plus
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to serve internal and external customers conscientiously
Positive, self-directed, ability to ensure work in all pressure situations
Eager to learn, always improve self-efficacy
Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in financial technology products
