Job Descriptions
Management (40%)
● Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
● Tracking & Management most important social media KPIs.
● Manage and oversee social media content, Creation of content which meets customer standards.
Execution (40%)
● Work as copywriters, basic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
● Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
● Developing and managing social influencer.
● Collaborate with Account, Planning, Creative teams to measure the success of every social media campaign.
● Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
● Using analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Media Performance tool,...) to monitor, analyze, evaluate, give improvement suggestions for each campaign / each stage.
● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
● Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Planning (20%)
● Research & Plan to build a social media strategy through the following steps: market research, target audience identification, reach channel identification, product positioning
● Plan content, prepare or edit interactive content on social network system.
Yêu cầu
Job requirements and qualifications
● 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
● Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
● Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
● Good understanding of social media KPIs.
● Familiarity with web design and publishing.
● Excellent multitasking skills.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills.
