Software Project Manager (Talent Transformation / Skill Acceleration Program)

Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of reskilling and upskilling programs for employees in the embedded systems & IT domain.
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders (including department heads, team leaders, Indian Talent Hub team, etc.) to deliver training program smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
• Act as a main contact point to integrate new Talent platform in BGSW Vietnam.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees participating in the training program.
• Roll-out of Platform (tool) & maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
• Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 - 12 years of experience
• Know how of Embedded systems and associated real time operating systems. Experience with microcontrollers
• Know how of IT systems (Java & Python)
• Familiar of various automotive standards (involving security, safety, connected systems etc.)
• Familiar with code quality and compliance aspects (MISRA, CERT and other programming language standards)
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working together with a corporate L&D environment is a plus.
