Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technology trends
Significant experience of infrastructure, environments and deployment strategies / technologies to drive efficient working practices and DevOps
Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units
Agile/Digital Experience
Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation
Experience in agile infrastructure, environment and deployment technologies
Understands relationship between Journey Owner, Scrum Master, and rest of team, with a strong sense of design thinking
Experience managing technical priorities within the backlog

- The Senior Solutions Architect plans, manages and control the activities for the team responsible for designing, developing and implementing systems architecture or framework that will help meet Techcombank's business needs. The role is expected to work with other tribes to design and develop solutions for business through studying, analysing and advising business on feasibility. The role will lead the team to develop methodologies, tools and practices for creating a solution that best addresses current and future architectural design needs.

- Strategy
- Assist Technology Tribe lead in the development of the Technology Tribe's blueprint based on TCB's business needs and objectives
- Provide technical leadership to tribe through coaching and mentorship
- Lead the Solution Architect team to achieve the Technology Tribe's strategic direction and roadmap
- Solution Architecture
- Direct the tribe to gather requirements and functions specifications from current users, identify areas for improvements and/or integration for current systems
- Oversee the timely delivery of products and solutions within stipulated timeline and meet the needs of business users
- Review proposals for solutions that is modular and scalable that will help address both current architectural constraints and future architecture improvements.
- Drive best in-class engineering practices (e.g. test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment).
- Lead in improving existing and creating new applications, and ensures application software is effectively and efficiently designed, produced, tested and meets business requirements
- Stakeholder Management
- Proactively provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets for project/solution
- Managing Talent
- Mentor and coach Developers to develop them into a fully competent Solutions Architect
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the tribe
