Enterprise / Solution Architect Expert

We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Enterprise / Solution Architect Expert to spearhead the technological transformation at our Group level. In this strategic role, you will shape the future of our core industry systems and shared platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across all member companies.

Role Objective & Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Leadership: Lead the end-to-end Enterprise/Solution Architecture design for our Core Industry Systems (including Securities, Insurance, Aviation, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate, Logistics, etc.) and Group-wide shared platforms.
• Governance & Advisory: Conduct rigorous Architecture Reviews and technical design assessments prior to go-live. Serve as a trusted Technology Advisor to the Steering Committee.
• Synergy & Integration: Ensure architectural consistency, robust integration capability, and scalability across all member companies and projects to optimize technology investments and prevent system duplication.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 12-15 years of solid experience in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role.
• Proven Track Record: Successfully led the architecture design for at least 1-2 large-scale core system transformation projects (e.g., Core Banking, Core Insurance, Enterprise ERP, etc.).
• Preferred Background: Prior experience at major banks, tier-1 financial institutions, or leading global tech consultancies/solution providers (e.g., Big 4, Temenos, FIS, Oracle, SAP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications & Frameworks:

• Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF 9/10 (Required or Highly Preferred), ArchiMate.
• Cloud Architecture: AWS / Azure / GCP Solutions Architect - Professional.
• Service Management: ITIL 4.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the BIAN model (Banking Industry Architecture Network) is a major plus for Core Banking initiatives.
