JOB DESCRIPTION
We are building a small engineering team for the Kyber Ventures team. The role of the engineering team is to support various activities of the Ventures investment, including technical Due Diligence, post-investment
technical support & frequent evaluation of the products.

Responsibilities:
Technical analysis & evaluation during the deal evaluation process. Most of the deals we are looking at have new technical solutions/ designs, and we need people with engineering background to help provide their technical feedback.
Try out & give feedback new systems, platforms from portfolio companies when they are live, and give feedback to the team as well as our investment team
Analyse different platforms according to the request from the investment team.
Operational: run network nodes, staking new tokens, try out testnet, etc.
Brainstorm and work together with different teams when they need help.
Yêu cầu
Must have
5 years of experience, especially at level that involves in cross team functionalities
Ability to evaluate different technical choices, and self-reflect on real experience
Understanding of how an engineering department should be organized (overall development process, roles for each member and position)
Product experience (released & maintenance product with real end users)
Good in logical thinking, algorithms & data structure.
Creativeness problem solving skills, is proactive and responsible for individual/team tasks
Good teamwork skills, including mentoring & coaching
Good at communication, especially at reading/ writing English
Nice to have
Experienced in blockchain domain is a plus
Understand about latest technologies in different majorities
Micro frontend
Crossplatform framework vs native frameworks (mobile development)
Micro service architecture
Experienced in code reusability & modularity, have mindset of platform development when it comes to modules/SDK for clients
Ability to analyze system design and give advice to the owner

Salary review once per year in January
