Mô tả công việc
The Solution Manager at OnPoint plays a strategic role in bridging product offerings with brand needs. This individual will deeply understand OnPoint's diverse services-ranging from distribution, media, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, and tech solutions-and tailor them to fit clients' requirements. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, market intelligence, and the ability to innovate solutions to keep OnPoint ahead of competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Solutions & Product Customization:
• Understand and analyze OnPoint's service portfolio to match offerings with brand needs.
• Work with internal service teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services across existing clients.
2. Market & Competitive Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to advise leadership on evolving market needs.
• Proactively suggest innovations or modifications to OnPoint's service offerings.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with the Brand Acquisition team to pitch new clients with tailored solutions.
• Support in developing go-to-market strategies for new services or client segments.
• Act as a key consultant for senior management regarding business opportunities.
4. Innovation & Service Development:
• Lead incubation of new service models or expansion into new client segments e.g F&B
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance OnPoint's competitive positioning.
• Ensure OnPoint remains a leader in e-commerce enabler services.
Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
• 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or related industries.
• Prior experience in solution sales,
business development, or product strategy.
2. Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and distribution strategies.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to align business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
