SOP Compliance Staff

Main role: Manage paperwork's relating to SOP of all of departments. Support & implement SOP compliance audit to ensure individual/ team/ department comply with the whole current company's working processes
JDs:
Control the system of documents/ paperwork's relating to quality/ operation processes
Ensure that procedures, systems are updated continuously & follow the actual process
Gather and prepare relevant information to assist SOP compliance-related reviews and non-compliance investigations
Make SOP compliance report & submit to team leader
Check new suggestions/proposal or changes are suitable with the company's workflow/ expectations
Collect information/ find out causes for failed points in the current SOPs
Respond to workflow and queries on procedures/ processes by internal employees
Follow-up recommendations and problem resolutions.
Update SOP to prevent future incidents
Identify issues/ potential compliance issues based on available processes for improvement and propose appropriate recommendations​
