Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
1. Supplier Sourcing & Database Management
- Search for potential suppliers, and get price quotations to inform the Sales team as per request of fabric & accessory sourcing
- Regularly update the database of yarn/ fabric/accessories and suppliers
- Negotiate price, MOQs, development & purchase terms
2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Attend industry fairs and visit suppliers;
- Review purchase order histories and evaluate supplier quality
- Re-negotiate with suppliers to hit cost-reduction targets
3. Provide Information and Support for Garment Development
- Request for samples and update information for the Sales team
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate material development with suppliers during the sample development phase.
- Research and update trends, technologies, and new types of yarn/ accessory/ fabric in domestic and international markets
- Address and resolve issues related to material quality during production
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience in garment manufacturing
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
