Mô tả công việc
· Receive, process, and send Purchase Orders to suppliers
· Gather necessary information for fabric preparation. Develop materials based on customer requirements and coordinate stitching approval with buyers
· Ensure raw material consumption aligns with sales orders to minimise leftovers. Negotiate prices and coordinate shipments with suppliers
· Manage fabric allocation and resolve issues with the An Binh Warehouse. Update the Critical Path chart for Planning team
· Ensure suppliers have the necessary information and submit reports and invoices on time. Resolve raw material issues promptly.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Textile & Garment Technology
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' work experience in a similar position
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics
Negotiation, problem-solving, management, time management, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and results-oriented
Good communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
