Mô tả công việc
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Sourcing DF/FF (food/nonfood) to meet buyer's requirement in MMVN and in Big C. Also sourcing common products between TH and VN.
2. Negotiate for the best deal with the right quality
3. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
4. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
5. Follow up suppliers to sign on international purchase agreement with our terms & standard.
6. Work with team in TH, CN and VN in order to process all orders smoothly.
7. Work with QA to ensure the quality standard of law and regulations for Thai and Vietnamese market
8. Deal with Logistic team in MMVN to process shipment and import documents.
9. Smooth transfer of the shipment to TH/VN logistics team in terms of on time shipment.
10. Seek trend and product opportunity between TH and VN to achieve purchase budget
11. Generate and implement efficient sourcing in each category management strategies
12. Provide necessary and relevant report to monitor sales and performance on monthly and yearly basis.
13. Estimate risk and how to minimize risk in different situations.
Yêu cầu
• Education : Bachelor degree, at least 2-5 years working experience in sourcing food field for R/T business
• Computer skill - MS. Office
• Entrepreneur, problem-solving, flexible, good attitude.
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Strong project management with leadership skills
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
