Mô tả công việc
General Job Scope:
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Planning, Transporter and Warehouse for truck arrangement, and loading time for proper service.
• Control transport cost as per target and carry out root cause analysis for any gap vs target. Report and highlight to higher management for solution.
• Supervise delivery service, and drive transporter performance as per KPIs.
• Resolve delivery complaints
• Work out with 3PLs to optimize transport service
• Ensure payment to transporters on time
• Develop and execute improvement projects related to HSE, Quality, Internal Control, Delivery and Cost.
• Reporting
