Job Description
Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facilities including all outdoor facilities, swimming pools, wet facilities, indoor changing area and spa facility.

Controls all Spa linen according to the department operation procedures.

Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all cleaning materials and to advise the Assistant Manager when stock needs reordering.
Kiểm kho hàng tháng và báo cáo với giám sát bộ phận nếu cần mua thêm vật phẩm, sản phẩm sử dụng tại khu vực spa.
Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment or fixtures.
Báo cáo, theo dõi các với bộ phận liên quan về trường hợp sữa chữa lau chùi các khu vực tại spa.
Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to ly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.

Assists with removal or installation of equipment and furniture.
Hỗ trợ di chuyển hoặc tháo dỡ các trang thiết bị hoặc đồ nội thất.
Sets up and dismantles equipment in areas for special activities and events.
Sắp xếp các vật dụng trong khu vực spa theo những sự kiện và hoạt động đặc biệt.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Responds to any changes in the Spa function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement
Higher Education is required and Vocational School Certificate is preferred.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.

Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
