Made For You Customization Experience
- Manage day-to-day Made For You customization activities within the flagship store.
- Deliver engaging and personalized product customization experiences for consumers.
- Support customization workshops and creative sessions, including activities such as shoe painting, product personalization and seasonal customization concepts.
- Develop creative ideas and artwork aligned with key product launches, brand campaigns and local cultural moments.
- Ensure customization materials, tools and inventory are well managed and maintained.
- Work closely with store teams to promote the Made For You offering and encourage consumer participation.
Brand Activations & Consumer Experiences
- Support the planning and execution of in-store activations and consumer engagement activities.
- Bring global and local adidas campaigns to life through engaging retail experiences.
- Assist in creating interactive experiences that encourage consumers to participate, create and share.
- Coordinate activation logistics and ensure smooth execution of all activities.
- Identify opportunities to create locally relevant experiences that connect adidas with Vietnamese consumers.
Events & Community Engagement
- Support the organization and execution of flagship store events, workshops and community activities.
- Assist with product launches, customization events, creator collaborations and cultural moments.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure events are delivered professionally and safely.
- Help create experiences that strengthen connections between adidas and local consumer communities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong creativity and passion for design, customization and consumer experiences.
- Good understanding of adidas products, sports and sneaker culture.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence.
- Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Brand activation
- Events management
- Experiential marketing
- Retail marketing
- Consumer engagement
- Creative/art-related projects
- Candidates with backgrounds in art, design, creative industries or event organization are highly preferred.
- Experience working directly with consumers in retail, fashion, sports or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
