1/ Specialist sourcing packaging & 2/ procurement Manager
🔹 1. Senior Packaging Sourcing Specialist (Luxury & Food Packaging)
We are looking for a strong personality, experienced profile capable of handling complex sourcing and supplier negotiations across China, Vietnam, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Co-manage the Vietnam office alongside the current Senior Manager, overseeing and coordinating a team of 4 employees in Vietnam and 4 employees in our China office and assist 2 sales person in Europe .
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between the Vietnam and China teams.
Support team organization, task allocation, follow-up, and performance management across both offices.
Source and develop new suppliers for luxury packaging & food packaging mainly
Lead price negotiations with factories (cost optimization, MOQs, lead times)
Manage supplier relationships and ensure reliability & performance
Work closely with internal teams on product development and specifications
Monitor production feasibility, materials, and compliance requirements
Profile:
Proven experience in packaging sourcing / procurement
Strong personality with excellent negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of product specs and costing
Comfortable working with international suppliers and multicultural teams
Ability to challenge suppliers and secure the best conditions
Bonus:
Mandarin (Chinese) speaking is a strong advantage

Fluent in English and Vietnamese (internal communication is primarily in English)
Minimum 2/3 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Tech-savvy with good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive
Naturally rigorous, organized, and process-oriented - you take pride in doing things well
