Sponsor relations and communications
- Responsible for taking care of sponsors, including building relationships, processing new sponsorship requests, informing sponsors of child updates, assisting with monetary or in-kind gifts, and resolving inquiries.
- Manage all sponsor-child communications, including sending documents, answering queries, and ensuring compliance with CNCF's standards and policies.
- Support arranging sponsor visits to Vietnam Office and provincial programme sites.
Content quality check
- Perform quality checks and edits on all external Sponsorship communications content to ensure compliance with CNCF's standards.
Sponsorship Data Management & Tracking
- Utilise Salesforce and other technologies for daily work and database storage.
- Track all sponsor correspondence and related data on Salesforce and Programme Drive.
Others
- Work with Project Officer to serve beneficiary children in urgent cases and perform other tasks as requested by BOM.

Yêu cầu

Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese essential
Excellent communication skills to deal tactfully with a wide range of people
At least 2 years' work experience in creative writing or any relevant field
A good understanding of multi-cultural communications and sensitivities
Experience with Salesforce platform or similar CRM preferred
Time management skills, highly organised and able to prioritise workloads accordingly
Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Creative and open-minded
Attention to detail is highly expected
A good understanding of multi-cultural communications and sensitivities

Preference: Knowledge of social work
