Principle responsibilities:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative environmental risk assessments, providing input to risk management processes;
• Update and inform the ICT team, and participate as an ICT member in environmental incidents or as assigned by HSE Manager;
• Contribute to the development of excellent HSE practices by communicating HSE policies, procedures and standards to all employees; develop initiatives and preventative action programs to enhance HSE awareness and practices;
• Perform HSE assessment/monitoring functions for both internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions;
• Develop and implement HSE training programs; provide advice on competency-based training issues related to HSE;
• Participate in and manage risk assessment database, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HAZID/HAZOPs;
• Prepare technical requirements; participate in developing invitation to bid (ITB), evaluating bids and updating contract documents related to HSE;
• Prepare periodic HSE reports in compliance with legal requirements;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HSE Manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Skills required:
• University degree in Environmental Management or related fields;
• At least 5 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry;
• Understanding of HSE regulations in Vietnam, HSE standards, and ISO systems;
• Knowledge of hazard and risk management, occupational health and safety management systems, pollution prevention and emergency response;
• Experience in system assessment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in office computer skills;
• Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
