Sr./Lead Backend (Java/Python)

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Java/Python) passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems to support MoMo's advanced fintech products.
You will:
Design and develop: Build robust, scalable, and reliable backend systems using Java or Python, serving millions of us
Optimize performance: Improve and maintain system performance to ensure load handling and reliability in a high-transaction environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product, Data, and AI teams to integrate Machine Learning systems, Data Platforms, and AI products into our payment platform.
System architecture design: Contribute to designing microservices architecture and manage the full product lifecycle from design, deployment, to monitoring.
Approach and research new technologies to apply to the company's/team's projects;
Collaborate with project leaders and other stakeholders to get projects done on time with high quality;
