Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a Staff of Sales and Marketing Strategy who will be responsible for developing distribution strategies based on market insights and trends. This individual will play a crucial role in maximizing sales by formulating distribution strategies, identifying suitable distributors or partners, and negotiating and facilitating sales agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing activities to enhance product lines and acquire new client accounts within the local market.
• Provide assistant to clients in the application of our products.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams during contract implementation to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Conduct market research and evaluate pharmaceutical market trends in alignment with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive marketing and execution plans.
• Identify and establish relationships with distributors, maintaining strong connections with them.
• Manage and oversee purchase orders to ensure timely completion.
• Fulfill other assignments as required.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong network and connections with distributors.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, positive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
