[Startup-HCM] Ứng Dụng Hẹn Hò Kết Bạn Công Nghệ Fika Tuyển Dụng Trợ Lý Lead Product Designer 2021

The position
Fika wants to change the social and dating landscape for women in Vietnam and Southeast Asia and we need an innovative visionary professional who has both international and local knowledge in this industry or launched similar large-scale apps. We seek people with strong leadership skills, operational skills as well as business expertise. You will be required to work mainly with people in UX/UI so domain knowledge in UX/UI, app development (backend and frontend) as well as AI are highly valued.

Working tasks and key responsibilities
● Work with the CEO and the CTO to design and define the product roadmap
● Analyze user data, conduct user and market research, brainstorm with designers to develop the app accordingly
● Proactively research on competitors and user behavior to develop features most suitable for Fika's vision and demographics in Vietnam and later Southeast Asia
● Develop feature requirements and work closely with Fika's Creative Director to finalize the visual for the app
● Lead the design team in maintaining consistency and manage them to deliver the best dating app in terms of function-wise and design-wise
● Oversee the daily output from the UX/UI team and report to Fika's CEO
● Clearly and effectively communicate with the CTO to keep the whole product team stay aligned
● Work with the HR team to organize UX/UI training sessions for the design team

The ideal candidate
● Native Vietnamese speaker and high level of written and spoken English
● Proactive, growth mindset and critically open to feedbacks
● Excellent communication with cohesion and clarity
● Experienced with UX/UI (design thinking, design metrics, product/UX strategy)
● Strong domain knowledge in app development (backend and frontend) and AI
● Experienced with launching large-scale social apps
● Understanding dating apps and what the key components are in online relationships

Job details and benefits
● Starting date: As soon as possible
● Salary: Negotiable based on experience and market salary, and can later be increased based on actual performance and results. 85% probation salary during 2 months probation period.
● Office: Top-modern, open office in Thao Dien, District 2
● Remote work: Can be discussed after probation and sufficient results have been proved
● Benefits: Laptop, paid social & health insurance, 13th month salary, free access to the gym and paid company travels and accommodation in relation to events and partnership activities
● Holidays: National Holidays in Vietnam and 12 days of paid annual leave
● Working hours: Official working hours [protected info] Monday to Friday, but as Product Lead you are required to take own responsibility and overtime and work during weekend can occur
● Other: Official working language is English in communication with Fika's CEO and CTO
