Mô tả công việc
- Develop and optimize inventory stock control procedures
- Determine the structure of the stock
- Analyze the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Monitor daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile the levels of order points for grabstore and anonymous materials
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Approve consolidated orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs and trends generated by a long term portfolio
- Collaborate with warehouse employees, material coordinators and purchasers to ensure business goals are met
- Coordinate with Damen Shipyard Gorinchem (in the Netherlands) for optimal usage of the leftover/ surplus materials
- Report to upper management on stock levels, turnover, deviations in material deliveries and stock aging trends
Yêu cầu
- 1-2 year in relevant/ similar position
- BA in business administration, Logistics or relevant field
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- An analytical mind with strong decisional behavior
- High level English
