Stock Management & Productivity Planning Manager

Be responsible for stores implementation of all actions relating to Operations MUST-HAVE topics & campaigns to be done timely
Ensure all tracking and follow up actions on FTE, Productivities, Gap check, Store Score Card, Shrinkage, Stock Management including KPIs setting collection.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To make all stock KPIs benchmarking with all stores by monthly and quarterly
To coordinate of store structures/ FTE based on company strategy and budget
To do Casual Labor calculation for seasonal operation campaign (YEI, TET)
To follow up and instruct stores to implement all actions relating above KPI: Stock management, FTE tracking, Total loss.
To coordinate with LP Team to schedule Cycle Count & Year-End Inventory for all MMVN stores.
To follow up with stores on Roster planning - Shift-time concept & Process Implementation to ensure the balance of high productivity and customer satisfaction.
Organize Bi-weekly meetings with country team
Deliver minutes of meetings/ reports
Coordinate/Follow up with all parties involved inside the country
Tracking all stores KPIs by month and quarter
Other ad-hoc administrative duties when requested
