Position: Store Design and Construction Manager - Retail
Job Code: 24207
Responsibility
- To report to Japanese COO in Vietnam, Senior Store Design Manager in Regional Headquarter in Singapore.
- To manage store design/construction work through all phases, from feasibility study of projects till the hand over to the store operation team.
(Work closely with different department, to meet company requirements and opening target.)
To supervise and manage the construction process to meet building code requirements and quality control.
To maintain global design standards and branding in local market, provide guidance and training to internal and external parties.
To develop Store layouts and scope of works in development phase. Work together with development team to ensure handover conditions from landlord to be met timely.
To select and examine construction materials, develop long-term partnership with local construction companies and vendors, improve cost efficiency of store network in the region.
To develop documents and obtain all necessary permits in a timely manner.
To develop Construction drawings and bidding documents, manage bidding process, liaise and coordinate all local consultants and construction partners.
To execute final inspection before handover to store operation team to ensure code requirement, UQ quality requirement and maintenance requirement is provided.
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, depending on projects)
- Monthly Salary: 2,000-3,000USD
Yêu cầu
- Education: Graduated from Educational institution of Architecture, Construction management or interior design.
- Language: English fluently level
- Skills: Professional at AUTOCAD/Microsoft office
- Work experience:
Knowledge and experience in construction regulation, bidding process, contract management, fit-out management.
Experience in process of project management (at least 1 year) including but not limited to construction quality / schedule / budget management.
Experience of design (more than 3 years)
( possess experience in both design and construction is a plus)
( Candidates with commercial / retail background is a plus)
Experience of leading large scale projects.
