Store Manager - Beauty & Cosmetics

I. JOB OBJECTIVE
Represent the brand spirit through the core message "DISCOVER BEAUTY BEYOND" and take full responsibility for store operations, revenue optimization, asset and inventory management, and team leadership. Deliver an exceptional and premium beauty discovery journey for customers at the point of sale.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Management & Revenue Growth
Develop detailed weekly and monthly sales plans and allocate sales targets to individual team members.
Closely monitor sales performance and proactively propose initiatives to drive sales, including promotional programs and in-store flash sales.
Analyze key retail performance indicators, including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Store Traffic.
2. Team Management & Brand-Oriented Training
Manage staff shift schedules, attendance, work discipline, and ensure employees maintain professional appearance and service standards.
Conduct regular training on in-depth product knowledge, including skincare and makeup, as well as personalized skin consultation techniques.
Ensure the "DISCOVER BEAUTY BEYOND" brand message is consistently and effectively communicated to every customer.
Build a cohesive working environment that motivates team members and promotes a strong sense of dedication, professionalism, and ownership.
3. Store Operations & Inventory Management
Supervise the receiving and issuing of merchandise, conduct regular inventory checks, and strictly control product damage, loss, and shrinkage.
Ensure Visual Merchandising (VMD), lighting, music/audio, price displays, and store cleanliness consistently meet premium standards in line with the brand identity.
4. Premium Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Personally welcome, provide in-depth consultation to, and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal customers.
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, tactfully, and professionally, protecting and enhancing the brand's reputation.
