Job Summary - Chà-fe's Store Manager
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Manager to join our team for the launch of our first beverage store. This role will manage daily store operations, supervise staff, ensure service quality, and learn how to operate and maintain beverage equipment and machines.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a new brand and be involved in future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
Ensure SOP compliance (opening/closing, hygiene, service standards)
Monitor sales performance and daily reports
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
Assign shifts and manage staff scheduling
Maintain staff discipline and a positive working culture
Customer Experience
Ensure friendly and professional customer service
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
Maintain a positive store atmosphere and customer satisfaction
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Control wastage and ensure proper storage procedures
Work closely with central kitchen/supplier for delivery and stock planning
Equipment & Machine Handling
Learn and follow up on the use of store equipment (coffee machines, blenders, tea brewing tools, etc.)
Coordinate maintenance and report technical issues
Ensure equipment is cleaned and operated correctly
