Take full responsibility for managing store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and excellent shopping experiences.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Implement visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring the store layout and displays reflect brand standards.
Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and replenishment to minimize loss and maximize sales opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, and coach store staff, building a professional and customer-oriented team.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to propose business strategies and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand identity.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience in store/retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of visual merchandising, sales techniques, and customer behavior in fashion retail.
Proven leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced retail environments and resolve operational issues effectively.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Customer-focused mindset, with high responsibility and problem-solving ability.
