- Directly managing and achieving sales targets.
- Recruiting, training, and effectively managing employees working at the store.
- Ensuring all necessary items for operations (sales and service) are available.
- Taking full responsibility for maintaining sufficient inventory for business operations at the store.
- Ensuring products are displayed according to set standards.
- Providing training to all employees and ensuring compliance with mandatory policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining all departmental control processes.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Department and coordinating with all other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Overseeing inventory, equipment, procurement, and related maintenance activities.

- Gender: Not specified.
- Experience of 3 years or more in equivalent positions in retail chains, fashion stores, high-end shops, etc.
- Candidates with good proficiency in foreign languages will be given priority.
