Store Manager (Luxury Beauty Product)

Responsibilities:
As one of the most important people of our adventure, your responsibilities are:
Sales:
• Deliver a luxury service to all clients.
• Responsible for the team target and all individuals target.
• Grow sales, always stay focused and take actions to achieve the store sales targets, KPIs
and profitability goals.
• Develop customer database and create customer loyalty.
• Maintain the Store's sales performance in top Ranking at Shopping mall/ Department
• Propose ideas and suggestions to Management levels to boost the sales.
Store.
Merchandising and inventory:
• Take responsibilities for sales forecast, inventory management, replenishment, stock
• Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Control inventory shortage.
deliveries, etc.
• Ensure the level of store&039;s visual standards, and their perfect match with the brand&039;s
standards in accordance with guidelines.
• Ensure regular audits and stock takes.
• Be alerted of stock status to conduct sales optimization.
Management:
• Manage day- to- day store operations and all aspects of the store (store images, VM, BAs,
customer services, assets, safety, hygiene, etc.).
• Manage and supervise BAs. Arrange working schedule for BAs, check and monitor working
shifts, BA grooming.
• Track each BA's performance, ensure all team members receive the right support to reach
their best potential.
• Always be present and resolve any internal problems or customer complaints at the store
if any.
Others
• Other tasked as assigned by the Management.
• Provide daily, bi- weekly, monthly reports.
Requirements:
• Well- groomed. Graduated from High School / College or above.
• Minimum 3- year experience working for luxury beauty brands, with at least 1- year
experience at similar position (Store Manager or Shift Leader)
• Good at POS system, office computer skills, English communication.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Good leadership. Dynamic, professional and be motivated by KPI&039;s challenges.
