Manage planning project governance across multiple brand accounts, including timeline management, meeting documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up actions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
3. Growth Proposal Development (30%)
Support the development of brand growth proposals by providing market intelligence, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to go-to-market strategy recommendations.
Strengthen proposal quality by transforming consumer and category insights into actionable commercial narratives, supporting the entire brand planning cycle from research and analysis through proposal development and client presentations.
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
Candidates with an educational background in
Brand Marketing,
Trade Marketing, or Business Management are preferred.
2. Experience & Industry Background
2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related commercial functions, preferably within the Mom & Baby or FMCG industry.
Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, or brand accounts simultaneously.
Ability to contribute to the development of buying strategies and independently execute approved plans.
Strong English communication skills across all four competencies: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Proficient in reporting, performance tracking, and dashboard management using Excel and sales reporting systems.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as category research and market intelligence tools, is a strong advantage.
