Mô tả công việc
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Manage the Performance Management (KPIs) workflow for the entire PNJ Group (PNJG).
• Take ownership of planning and implementing the KPI framework for Divisions, Centers, and Subsidiaries. Oversee and support units in executing Action Plans aligned with their KPIs, and conduct the final evaluation and acceptance of results.
• Propose solutions and initiatives to enhance professional quality and reporting standards; provide timely progress updates to Senior Management to ensure the successful achievement of objectives within the assigned functional scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
• Lead the annual planning and implementation of the KPI framework for all divisions, centers, and subsidiaries.
• Oversee and support units during the execution of KPI-aligned action plans, ensuring rigorous monitoring and final results acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with departments to develop operational plans that align with and guarantee the achievement of approved targets.
• Consolidate performance evaluations from specialists across units to identify root causes, assess solution effectiveness, and provide forecasts on the Group's overall KPI attainment.
Reporting & Planning
• Analyze corporate operational performance to provide timely recommendations for improving or adjusting targets/KPIs, and advise units on optimizing their overall action plans.
• Plan and organize in-depth research and specialized reports to enhance the quality of internal consultancy, proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency across all units
Other Responsibilities
• Monitor and drive the implementation of the CEO's directives across designated units, ensuring performance is evaluated against expectations.
• Consult and propose enhancements or additions to operational processes to the Department Head.
• Actively participate in specialized topics and strategic projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
EDUCATION
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills with the ability to conduct professional research using international documents.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as: Strategic Consultant, Strategic Partner, Finance Analyst, Equity Research, Investment Analyst, Corporate Finance, Treasury Analyst, or Market Research or related roles
• Preferred backgrounds: Candidates with experience in Big 4, Investment Funds, Banking, strategic consulting firms, or large corporations with established departments in Performance management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, or Objective (KPI) Management.
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
• Core Expertise: Proficient in development and management (BSC/KPI/OKR frameworks), data and financial analysis, and project management.
• Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking and a "can-do" attitude; excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Mindset: An open mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and management knowledge.
• Professional Attributes: High level of integrity, responsibility, and proactivity in a professional working environment.
