Mô tả công việc
• Client & Account Leadership: Own senior client relationships, provide strategic affiliate counsel, ensure client satisfaction & retention, manage account profitability, and identify growth opportunities.
• Affiliate Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee data-driven, full-funnel affiliate marketing strategies (awareness to conversion & loyalty). Manage affiliate platforms, networks, and key partner relationships. Define KPIs, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure integration with overall digital plans.
• Team & Agency Contribution: Lead affiliate strategy for new business pitches. Collaborate effectively across internal teams (Media, Creative, Data). Mentor junior members and contribute to the agency's affiliate marketing thought leadership.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: 7+ years in
digital marketing agency roles, including senior account management AND deep, hands-on expertise in planning & executing complex, full-funnel affiliate marketing programs. Proven success managing significant budgets and delivering ROI.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Expertise in the affiliate marketing ecosystem (networks, platforms, tracking, attribution).
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of integrated digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency with analytics and presentation tools.
• Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Languages & Education: Fluent English mandatory; Vietnamese highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
