Strategy & Partnership Manager: Lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and partnership development to drive business growth and strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategy (70%)
• Conduct in-depth strategy research & formulation to identify opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence for competitive positioning and trend forecasting.
• Coordinate annual strategy planning, aligning with overall business goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement & communication: key initiatives, align expectations, manage feedback loops.
• Set targets for strategic initiatives and implement performance tracking to ensure impact.
• Collaborate with M&A team on building strategic directions and sourcing opportunities.
Partnerships (30%)
• Develop and execute partnership strategies & opportunities to drive revenue and enhance capabilities.
• Build and foster strong relationships with external partners, platforms, and relevant ecosystems.
• Manage projects including cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support negotiations-focus on structure, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market plans.
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree (Business, Strategy, Economics); MBA is a plus.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy,
Business Development, Consulting or Partnerships-ideally within e-commerce, retail, consulting, or tech.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership/deal negotiation.
• Project management proficiency
