REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Accounting and Inventory Management basic knowledge is crucial;
• Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP or other similar systems, their capabilities, and their benefits is a plus;
• Market knowledge in the manufacturing industry;
2. Experience
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
• Proven sales track record in ERP sales;
• Experience in customer support is a plus;
3. Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Proficiency in English;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Time management and planning skills;

• Working hours: 8h30-18h30 (Lunch time: 1h30mins) from Mon-Fri.

SCOPE OF WORK
1. Business Development (80%)
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the manufacturing industry
• Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Client Meetings: Directly approach new clients and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Product Promotion: Promote the company's ERP products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives;
• Sales Contracts: Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
• Record Keeping: Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
• After-Sales Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and provide after-sales support service;
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
2. Team Development (20%)
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople through training and coaching programs.
