Main responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and provide guidance relating to the student applications and visa document alongside the Student Support Team Leader.
- Ensure effective communication and support for students, overseeing the organization of their documents.
- Assist in navigating students through the visa application process.
- Provide detailed administrative assistance, encompassing IELTS scheduling, medical appointments, payment advice, insurance procurement, housing solutions, and travel coordination.
- Strive for exceptional student contentment and the expansion of ISC Education's community.
- Address and settle any issues related to student services, summarizing outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute other administrative duties as instructed by the team leader.
