Mô tả công việc
- Represents management to the project
- Responses for enacting Scrum values and practices
- Removes impediments
- Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive
- Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions
- Shields the team from external interferences
- Helps Product Owner maintain backlog and reiterating the goal of the project to the development team
Essential Duties:
- Follow the "plan-do-check-act" approach
- Collection feedback from clients
- Identify a quick-win and help others to implement it
- Address and implement the client's feedback
- Attend external courses/workshops/presentations as a coach
- Define current needs, create new processes and evaluate them
- Master using Project Management Tool
- Training/Coaching Team
- Improve career path and plan personal-professional goal (team)
- Mentor for junior AL or PM
- Lead different types of projects (small/big/mobile/web/internal/commercial)
Yêu cầu
- 2- 5 years of experience in Scrum Master/Agile IT projects
- Certified by reputable Scrum Training International Organizations (Huge Advantage) or equivalent.
- Have advanced knowledge about management methodologies
- Have more advanced technical knowledge
