Supervisor, Engineering/ Giám Sát Kỹ Thuật

- Lead Engineering team to design / development process, build up production machine & carry out set-up new line, production trial plan for new product, transfer product...;
o To design process, work flow, FMEA for product.
o To build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document, maintain standard, check sheet to operate production line.
o Design concept, DWG review before release official
o Mass trial run handle
o Mass production readiness preparation
o Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities
- Lead Engineering team to take trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical, process for product. Support to Production for solving production line trouble;
o Lead team to deal with emergencies as well as QN reactions.
o Action feedback for related quality problem of customer claim, in process audit....
o Contact window with Product engineer, Manufacture engineer, ... to get support for solve issue
- Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost;
o Improving activities to improve ability & performance of equipment, machine
o Product design feedback, process improvement to improve productivity
o Review work process, production capacity, FMEA, product standard... to improve operation flow
o Production support cost monitor & control to take improvement action
- Manage and improve equipment, machine and spare parts;
o Standardise machine, equipment, carry out implement plan to improvement for exiting production line & ensure apply for new design
o Contact with supplier for machine, equipment development or take service when happen trouble & plan maintain
- Develop Engineering's human resource (plan annual training & check training material). Strengthen Engineering's capability & ability through training activities;
o Set up yearly, quarterly & monthly action plan
o Monthly report & driver action plan to achieve go
o Daily operation arrangement
