SUPERVISOR-GENERAL ACCOUNTANT - (GUNZETAL-KCN VSIP 2A-BÌNH DƯƠNG)

1. Financial reporting:
• Prepare & interpret monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including statutory & management reports.
• Reconcile all chart of accounts/ GL with balance sheet, P&L
2. Financial operation management:
• Monitor cash flows statements and predict future trends.
• Monitor the collection & liability reconciliation (AR).
• Monitor the payment to supplier (AP).
• Monitor the inventory: Input - Output (PO):
• Control prepaid expense, fixed assets and posting to accounting system
• Control, post inventory documents in accounting system (check quantity and price with documents to ensure inventory balance)
• Banking
• Petty cash management
3. Tax & Legal compliance:
• All taxes report/ filing/ reconcile & settle all tax liabilities timely.
• Prepare and check monthly, quarterly, yearly tax declarations including VAT, CIT, FCT and others (if any) as well as tax refund.
• Monitor tax (Reconciliation between tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT and all other taxes) and general ledger of accounting software; tax paid and payable)
• Responsible for tax compliance
• Work with Tax Office about any kind of tax matters
