Supervisor, Maintenance

Key objectives:
Implementation plants with sufficient HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Implementation of effective and optimal operations of utilities, and other general facilities within production plants.
Key duties:
Plan and summarize the maintenance of utility, which affects the entire production process.
Analyze problems of utility and equipment by using measuring tools to reduce the breakdown of the production process.
Summary of efficiency, breakdown includes utility improvement and devices that have continued energy use to have energy saving and worthwhile use and manage energy usage systematically.
Plan PM and implementation to all utility & facility for best efficiency and reduce production breakdown from utility & facility system.
Plan utility & facility annual budget.
Coordinate with supplier & Pandora for repair or improve utility system.
Utility weekly, monthly, and yearly report summarizes.
Review result PM and follow up utility system.
Manage, train, and advise the team for best support follow production needs.
Review & optimize OT of the utility team before submitting to management & keying time registration request.
Prepare machine master list of utility in responsibility.
Perform other jobs from management/ Mgr. require in special cause.
