Supplier Acquisition Associate - Shopee

Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities;
Participating in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing;
Involved in the inventory management process - analyzing market demand and response;
Supplier Management - managing current suppliers to ensure that orders are delivered by the committed date;
Cost and Quality Management - enabling access to favorable pricing and conditions whilst maintaining a high standard of quality;
Other tasks/duties assigned by the Head of Department/ Line Manager.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields;
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors);
Good knowledge of the furniture industry is an advantage;
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred);
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative attitude;
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing orders and suppliers;
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities;
High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
